The Metamora Music Festival
The Metamora Music Festival has been going on in the meadow at Lane's End for two decades. In 2007 the Back Porch was added to the barn and monthly Acoustic Final Fridays were started. The festival takes place on the Sat and Sun of Labor Day weekend, there is no admission charge, free parking is available across the creek from the Back Porch. A very nice campground is located on the north side of US 52, part of the Whitewater Gateway Park of the Whitewater Canal Scenic Byway.
Metamora is located about halfway between Indianapolis and Cincinnati on US Highway 52. Nine miles west of Brookville Lake.
